Bootcamp sessions use a mixture of strength training, aerobic elements and callisthenics exercises like crunches or push-ups to provide a full-body workout. The aim is to develop strength, fitness and endurance and the sessions will be challenging but very rewarding to get you feeling healthy and vibrant.
